    Data Libraries(For use with Agilent ADS™)

    This library is for use with Agilent Technologies Inc.'s EDA software, Agilent ADSTM, an integrated design environment utilizing system simulation, high frequency circuit simulation and electromagnetic field analysis.
    [Note] This library is for use with Agilent ADS 2003A or higher.

    Conditions of Use

        -The various influences that occur when these components are implemented into customer's products have not been eliminated from data in this library ("Data Library"). Therefore, theData Library and the customer's data may differ depending on the customer's usage environment and measurement conditions. Usage and utilization of the Data Library should only be made on an "AS IS" basis as reference for the special characteristics of our products.

        -Please refer to our catalogs and specification sheets for any data and specifications which are not in this Data Library.

        -We do not authorize the use or utilization of the Data Library for any purpose other than for the customer's reference in their design of various circuits. We do not grant a license for the intellectual property rights owned by us or any third party, nor do we guarantee that there is no infringement of third party's intellectual property rights, in the Data Library.

        -We will not be held responsible for any damage (for example, bugs, data accuracy, computer viruses, etc.) resulting from or related to the use or utilization of the Data Library.

        Customers using or utilizing the Data Library are deemed to have accepted the above conditions of use.
